After 25 years of experience in hospitality and gastronomy, the food art and travel photographer Estefano Onactrac thought it was time to further develop his passions. He figured out a way to combine travel and culinary photography. Estefano went travelling and discovered the latest culinary trends. This was eventually the basis for his cookbooks. With these cookbooks he inspires other people with all his culinary tips and experience. In addition, photo shoots with star chefs ensured that the culinary picture was complete.
